Before you write
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. JBS Remodeling LLC, Licensed, Bonded and Insured | ROC 286821. Certificates of insurance and license verification are available on request.
- Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
- Yes. We prepare and submit city permit packages and HOA / architectural design review submittals on your behalf, and manage inspections through the schedule.
- How long does a typical project take?
- Kitchens and primary baths run 8–14 weeks. Whole-home renovations run 4–8 months. New custom homes run 10–16 months. All schedules are built around monsoon season and long-lead materials.
- Do you provide a written estimate?
- Yes. Every project gets a line-item written estimate with allowances, a construction schedule, and clearly defined payment milestones — no vague lump sums.
- Do you work with my designer or architect?
- Absolutely. We regularly build to plans from outside architects and designers, and we also offer full design-build in house when you'd prefer a single point of accountability.
