Living in your home during the remodel

We work around your life, not through it.

Dust barriers — plastic-sealed zip walls and negative-air machines between active work and your living space.

Daily cleanup — every crew leaves the site broom-swept at the end of each day. No open drywall dust, no exposed nails.

Room-by-room sequencing — we phase the work so at least one bathroom, the kitchen, and a place to sleep stay usable whenever possible.

One superintendent — a single point of contact from day one to walkthrough. You always know who to call.

Weekly written updates — every Friday you get a short email with what got done, what's next, and any decisions we need from you.

Common questions

Good to know

How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Most whole-home remodels run 4 to 8 months depending on scope. Kitchen-only or single-room jobs are usually 8 to 14 weeks. We give you a firm written schedule before we start.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
Almost always yes. We use dust barriers, negative-air machines, and room-by-room sequencing to keep at least one bath, the kitchen (or a temporary kitchen), and sleeping areas usable.
Do you build additions and casitas?
Yes. Room additions, second-story additions, and detached casitas / guest houses are a regular part of our work. We handle the structural design, permits, and HOA design-review submittals.
How do you handle change orders?
Every change is written up before work continues — scope, cost, and schedule impact — and signed off by you. No surprises on the final invoice.
A great experience from start to finish. Joseph listened to what I needed and gave professional advice. His contractors were timely and experienced, and they did a wonderful job managing and removing debris.
